Cold brew with lime tea, coconut milk, and coconut syrup

  • Located right next to the Stearns County Courthouse, B-Side is more than a coffee shop—it’s a community-focused “sober venue” designed to support local artists and musicians. The retro, vinyl-inspired vibe perfectly matches their adventurous drink menu. This week, try the Deceptacon, a bold cold brew infusion featuring lime tea, coconut milk, and coconut syrup that challenges everything you thought you knew about coffee flavors.

  • The Deal: $1 off Nude as the News, Deceptacon, and Worker’s Song for the week.

Iron Street Distillery

Featured Item: Espresso Martini

  • 539 E St Germain St, St. Cloud, MN 56304

  • Located in a beautifully restored 1928 International Harvester regional hub, Iron Street Distillery sits right at the intersection of two major train crossings. The building’s massive steel columns and interior brick tell the story of St. Cloud’s industrial past. Their Espresso Martini is the perfect bridge for coffee lovers—crafted with their own spirits in a room that once showcased agricultural equipment a century ago.

Pantown Brewing Company

Featured Item: Coffee Cream Ale

  • 408 37th Ave N, St. Cloud, MN 56303

  • Pantown Brewing is a deep dive into St. Cloud’s “industrial-age” ambition. The brewery is named after the “town-within-a-city” built by Samuel Pandolfo for his Pan Motor Company workers back in 1917. While the car company’s life was short-lived and controversial, it left behind a unique neighborhood of 58 historic homes—and an innovative spirit that the brewery honors today. The brewery sits just blocks away from where the original Pan Motor Company produced only 735 cars before its legendary collapse.

Beaver Island Brewing Company

Featured Item: Muggsy’s Coffee Cream Ale

  • 216 6th Ave S, St. Cloud, MN 56301

  • Named after the cluster of islands in the Mississippi River just south of town, Beaver Island Brewing has been a local leader in the craft beer movement since 2015. For coffee lovers who also enjoy a cold pint, they are featuring Muggsy’s Coffee Cream Ale. It’s a smooth, easy-drinking brew that captures the essence of a morning roast in a crisp, refreshing ale—perfect for those who want their caffeine fix with a bit of a kick.

Kohinoor Bar & Grill

Featured Item: Desi Coffee with Gulab juman

  • 17 7th Ave S, St. Cloud, MN 56301

  • Kohinoor offers a window into the rich flavors of Indian cuisine, managed with a personal, family-run touch that guests often compare to dining in someone’s home. The name refers to one of the largest cut diamonds in the world, and they aim for that same level of “brilliance” in their spices. This week’s feature is the Desi Coffee with Gulab Jamun, a perfect pairing of aromatic coffee and sweet, syrup-soaked dough balls.

  • The Deal: Spend $35 and get $5 off.

Korppi Coffee + Bakeshop

Featured Item: The Uncommon Raven Latte (salted maple cardamom)

  • 71 County Rd 120 Suite 400, St Cloud, MN 56303

  • If you feel like you’ve discovered a hidden gem when you walk into Korppi, that’s by design. The shop is named after the Finnish word for “Common Raven,” a nod to both the owner’s heritage and the bird’s reputation for being intelligent, adaptable, and a bit mysterious. What started as a popular stall at local farmers markets quickly gained a following for its Nordic-inspired pastries and meticulous approach to coffee.

Many fans don’t realize that the “bakeshop” side of the business is just as rigorous as the “coffee” side—everything from their syrups to their sourdough is crafted from scratch using traditional methods. For Restaurant Week, they are featuring The Uncommon Raven Latte, a signature drink that balances salted maple with the floral, aromatic warmth of cardamom—a spice central to Scandinavian baking. The shop’s aesthetic and name celebrate the Finnish concept of Sisu—extraordinary determination and resilience—which the team pours into every hand-poured cup and laminated pastry.

The Local Blend

Featured Item: Espresso Cheesecake

  • 19 W Minnesota St, St Joseph, MN 56374

  • If St. Joseph has a “living room,” it’s undoubtedly The Local Blend. Opening its doors in 2006, the Local Blend took over a historic downtown building that has housed a revolving door of businesses over the last century. From the beginning, the Engholm family set out to create a space where “local” wasn’t just a buzzword, but a blueprint. The wood used for their cozy booths was sourced from local trees, and the honey on the counter comes from nearby hives. Even the plates and mugs you use are handcrafted by local potters, designed specifically to bridge the gap between art and your morning caffeine. The Local Blend has been a launchpad for local artists for nearly 20 years—keep an eye on the walls, as much of the art is created by the same people sitting at the table next to you.

  • The Deal: $2 off cheesecake.

Kinder Coffee_Salted Maple Latte

Kinder Coffee

Featured Item: Salted Maple Latte

  • 214 2nd Ave N, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379

  • Kinder Coffee Lab in Sauk Rapids represents a major milestone for a brand that began as a humble home-delivery bean service during the pandemic. In May 2025, the owners took over the beloved Rock Creek Coffeehouse, transforming it into a home for Kinder’s signature “big city specialty coffee” and community-first culture.

The most exciting chapter for local coffee enthusiasts, however, is the recent evolution of their roasting program. To keep up with their growth, Kinder recently spun off its roasting operations into a standalone sister company: Fable Roastery. Now located in its own dedicated production facility in St. Cloud, this expansion has also allowed them to grow their Fable Wholesale program, partnering with other local businesses, and launch a unique Fundraising Program. They now help local schools and non-profits raise money by selling high-quality, locally roasted beans—proving that great coffee can do a lot of good for the community.

For Restaurant Week, they are highlighting a seasonal favorite: the Salted Maple Latte. This drink is a masterclass in balance, using real maple syrup for a deep, earthy sweetness that is perfectly cut by a touch of sea salt. It’s a warm, comforting hug in a mug that highlights the smooth profile of their Fable-roasted espresso.
