The Studio Downtown St. Cloud is a creative, multi-use space located in the heart of historic downtown St. Cloud. Located on the second floor of “The Arts” building, the studio overlooks the shops, restaurants, and businesses of West Saint Germain Street.
At just over 1,000 square feet, The Studio is designed to be a space where people can move, create, gather, and bring their ideas to life. The space is available to rent for rehearsals, classes, workshops, meetings, small events, art exhibitions, creative projects, and more.
With twelve windows, the studio offers abundant natural light and views of downtown St. Cloud. Its open layout can easily be adapted for different uses, whether you need an open floor for movement and rehearsal, seating for a workshop or gathering, or room to create and display something new.
Amenities include high-speed internet, a quality sound system, a large movable mirror, folding chairs and tables, and additional furniture that can be arranged to fit your needs. The light wood flooring works well for dance and movement, including ballroom, ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance.
Additional amenities include a small refrigerator stocked with water, a movable bar, and coffee maker.
