Fourth of July Celebration + Fireworks

July 4

Activities and Food Trucks starting at Noon until 10 pm at Wilson + Hester Park! The Municipal Band will be performing starting at 8 pm. Food trucks to include:  Jupiter Moon Ice Cream, Buddy’s Burritos, Mr. Egg Roll, Dana’s Kitchen, Amaizen Grazen Karmel Korn and many more! Fireworks are launched off the barge between Wilson and Riverside parks, starting at 10pm! Great viewing from either side of the Mississippi River!

Kinder Coffee Lab Cribbage Tournament

July 6

Join Kinder Coffee Lab for a Cribbage Tournament starting at 10 am on the 1st Saturday of EVERY MONTH! The tournament is single elimination, so bring your A-game. The winner takes home a $50 Kinder gift card. The best part? Entry is easy – declare you are going to the Facebook event and buy a drink or treat to secure your spot. See you there for a day of fun and fierce competition!

Music in the Gardens- Ruckus in the Bearbrush

July 7

This concert will showcase high quality local talent! The concert will be held near the gazebo in Munsinger Gardens on the banks of the Mississippi River starting at 3pm on July 7th. 

The Beach Boys-Endless Summer Gold

July 10

For more than six decades, The Beach Boys’ music has been an indelible part of American history. Their brilliant harmonies conveyed simple truths through sophisticated, pioneering musical arrangements. The Beach Boys transcended their music and have come to represent Californian culture. Don’t miss the chance to experience the phenomenon for yourself on July 10th at The Ledge Amphitheater.   

Summer Zoo Party!

The annual Summer Zoo Party is a popular summer celebration geared toward families at Hemker Park & Zoo. Hemker Park & Zoo will be at Crossroads Center July 13th from 10AM-12PM.
Don’t miss the diverse range of creatures and all there is to learn about them! 
Hemker Park & Zoo’s experienced team of zookeepers will provide a fun learning experience, educating you about the animals’ origins, how they care for them, and their unique adaptations that allow them to thrive in various environments. 

Pop-up Splash Pad

July 13

Beat the summer heat at St. Cloud’s Pop-Up Splash Pad! Attendees can run through the spray of a fire hose, check out a fire truck and police car, and play some lawn games with our local firefighters and police officers! This event is free and for all ages. No registration is required – just bring a towel and dress in clothes that can get wet! Saturday, July 13, 4p – 6p at Rotary Park West in St. Cloud. 

Story Strolls in the Parks

July 15

Embark on a literary adventure with this new partnership with Great River Regional Library! Immerse yourself in nature while enjoying a curated collection of children’s stories in various St. Cloud parks! Stories will be available from 8am-6pm for independent self-led reading with a themed recreation staff-led activity from 4-6pm (while supplies last). Annual Art Fair in the Gardens

July 18

Each summer, Munsinger and Clemens Gardens hosts an art fair featuring artists from all around the state.  Visitors are encouraged to browse and purchase some wonderful pieces of artwork from 60-plus artists.  Also enjoy the many music performers provided on stage along the river. In addition many wonderful food vendors. Free and open to the public at Riverside Drive SE, St Cloud Minnesota starting at 10am on July 18. 

Love & Paws: Date Night for Animal Welfare

July 18

Indulge in a delightful dinner, hit the dance floor to the beats of our fantastic DJ, and bid on incredible items at our silent auction, all while supporting a paw-some cause! Love & Paws will be held at the River’s Edge Convention Center on July 18th starting at 5:30p. Ticket Prices: $50.00 per person Table for 8 $350.00. Proceeds from this event will go towards covering veterinarian fees and building an emergency fund to ensure that every animal in need receives the care they deserve. Let’s come together to make a difference in the lives of animals and create a brighter future for our beloved companions! 

Pierz Freedom Fest

GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter Jason Mraz has recently announced a second leg of “The Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride” tour. The Jason Mraz tour is scheduled for summer 2024, and will include a performance at The Ledge Amphitheater on Saturday, July 20, 2024. 

Thirty Seconds to Mars

Thirty Seconds to Mars is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1998. The band is noted for its energetic live performances and for fusing elements from a wide variety of genres, through its use of philosophical and spiritual lyrics, concept albums, and experimental music. History Outdoors- Blazing the Oregon Trail

July 25

This summer, students will bring the 1980s computer hit to life as they experience the triumphs and tragedies of The Oregon Trail in real time at the Stearns History Museum. Can you make a wagon that floats across the river? Can you find enough food to keep your party alive? Will you make it to Oregon? Recommended ages: 8-14. Cost: $10/child, members free. 

Family Day at the Sherburne History Center

Come have lunch and enjoy the afternoon at the Sherburne History Center on July 27 from 11 am to 2 pm for Family Day! Please bring your own lawn chairs!
