–3rd course – Lemon Butter Cranberry Seared Pork/Tofu with chopped salad – Your Choice of either Seared Pork or Tofu with sage topped with a lemon butter cranberry sauce with a side of their chopped potato brussel sprout salad with walnuts tossed in a Fruitful Jalapeno Liquor vinaigrette. – Paired with a Fruitful Dragonfruit Liquor.
