Downtown St. Cloud Bloody Mary Crawl: Sunday, April 28, 2024!
Calling Bloody Mary enthusiasts! Mark your calendars and raise a glass (and some spirits!) at our Downtown St. Cloud Bloody Mary Crawl benefitting the Centracare Foundation – Heart & Vascular Center. Let’s show our local love and support a great cause!
Downtown Businesses: Sign up below to participate. There is NO direct cost to you but you must agree to a few terms to keep this event uniform and consistent for the attendees and all participating. We promise to keep it simple!
RETAIL BUSINESSES: we would love for you to sign up as a retail location if you have bloody mary adjacent products or a creative promo that supports a bloody mary theme!
- Register by March 27 to be included on the map and to get the promo materials.
- Pre-sale buttons: attendees are encouraged to pre-purchase a button from any participating business in advance of the event. Buttons are cash only and are $2/each. These buttons will act as a way to gauge our estimated attendance and all proceeds from button sales will go to the Centracare Foundation. Sales will be live April 1-24. All cash + sales need to be reported and submitted by Wednesday, April 24 so that we can update the whole group estimated attendance in advance of your product order cut offs.
- Buttons will get attendees $1/off on each bloody mary at all participating locations.
- All bloody marys should be 6 oz and sold for $6 (buttons get them for $5). Cups will be provided.
- Bloody Mary Crawl Map + Passports: Attendees will be required to get stamps from 3 retail locations and 4 restaurants in order to turn in a completed card for a prize pack drawing. All locations will be drop off locations for the passports.
- In partnership with Lori Hall from Artisan Beer/Johnson Brothers, we sincerely and respectfully ask that you order a case of Grey Duck vodka ($180 case and 2 bottles free) and a keg of Duck Duck Beer ($89 1/2 BBL) to be used during the event. They are the sponsor paying for signage, printing, etc. Exceptions for 7 West Taphouse and Iron Street Distillery due to licensing restraints.
