Liberty Bank and LEAF present the 29th Annual Liberty Block Party at Whitney Park featuring Tommy James & the Shondells.
Tommy James' road to superstardom began in the mid 1960's with a nightclub DJ in Pittsburgh playing a two-year-old record by the "Shondells" with overwhelming crowd response.
